Whether you’re planning a graduation celebration, summer BBQ, birthday or anniversary party, corporate retreat, or company picnic, our rental pavilions offer a laid-back, fun-filled atmosphere with unbeatable views.

Set right on the shores of beautiful Lake Anna, these pavilions are some of the only rentable event spaces in the area, making them a rare find and a local favorite. Each space is roomy, covered, and surrounded by nature—perfect for dancing, grilling, relaxing, and making memories.

*The rental fee is non-refundable, but in the event of inclement weather you may select another non-reserved date within 90 days.

Celebrate your special occasion with a lakeside gathering at Pleasants Landing Marina, a unique Lake Anna Event Space, offering two picturesque pavilions nestled along the scenic shores of Lake Anna in Bumpass, Virginia. Whether you’re planning a family reunion, birthday bash, graduation party, or corporate picnic, our pavilions provide the perfect setting for memorable events.​  Your pavilion rental will take place during marina hours, (9am to 5pm on weekdays, 10am to 6pm on weekends).

  • Marina Pavilion: Conveniently located near the marina, this pavilion offers easy access to boat rentals and the beach area, making it ideal for water enthusiasts.​

  • Point Pavilion: Situated at the tip of our peninsula, this pavilion provides panoramic lake views, offering a serene and picturesque backdrop for your celebration.​

Rental Details

  • Private Event Full-Day Rental: $350, includes 25 Park Passes for event attendees

  • Company / Corporate Event Full-Day Rental: $750, includes 50 Park Passes for event attendees

  • Additional Park Passes: Available for purchase if needed

  • Non-Refundable Fee: Please note, the rental fee is non-refundable​, in case of inclement weather, reschedule to another available date within 90 days at no additional cost.
