Pleasants Landing at Lake Anna offers both wet slips & dry storage for your boats. With our convenient location at the southern end of Lake Anna, we are the closest marina and waterfront boat storage to Richmond and I-95 South.
We also offer a dry storage lot available in 6 month terms (April 1-September 30 OR October 1 – March 31) for $240 or reserve your space for the full year for only $480 – with the convenience of launching your boat within minutes of arrival!
Boat Slips
We have many uncovered slips that can meet a variety of needs, such as longer or deeper draft boats, as well as reasonably priced shallow water slips.

Dry Storage
Convenient and cost effective solution for boat storage. This option works great for vacation goers and local residents that do not want the hassle of transporting their boat home after each day on the water. All boat storage includes car parking, unlimited access to our grills, picnic tables, pavilions, volleyball court, fishing areas, and sandy beach.
- Storage for boats over 25 in length will be priced according to size and availability.
- Boat storage includes vehicle parking.
- Launch ramp access is provided through our automated gate system at normal launch rates.
