-Be sure to book your luxury boat rental 24 hours in advance to secure your boat!
-The payment collected at the time of booking online is a deposit and is not considered payment for first day of rental.
-The deposit is refundable if the boat is returned in good condition with no damages.
-If you cancel within the 72 hours window before your reservation, you will forfeit your deposit.
-It can take up to 48 hours to receive your confirmation email with your reservation, please wait until after the 48 hours to call.

*The Commonwealth of Virginia requires completion of a Boater Safety Course before operating powered watercraft.
*Your certificate must be presented to rental staff when you arrive for your rental period. Certificates obtained in other states are valid in Virginia.
*Your boat rental must at all times be operated by the cerified person and must carry the certificate with you at all times, digital or papercopy.
*PLEASANTS LANDING POLICY: YOU MUST AT LEAST 27 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT A BOAT.
