What about inclement weather? There are many marketing costs that are not refundable, such as advertising. For this reason we will not cancel unless the weather is severe. In the event of severe weather, we have reserved the following Sunday (the next day) as the rain date. A 50% deposit is required when you make your reservation. There will not be any refunds. The balance of your fee is due no later than 5 days prior to the event.
